At Printer Partner, we understand how important it is for you to receive your printer parts as quickly and safely as possible.

To provide reliable shipping services across India, we work with multiple courier and logistics partners, including Anjani, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, Amazon Shipping, Gati, India Post, and other available courier services.

We select the courier partner for each shipment based on the delivery location, service availability, estimated transit time, and shipping requirements. Our aim is to dispatch your order promptly and deliver it safely to your doorstep.

Our commitment is to provide a fast, reliable, and secure shipping experience. However, actual delivery times depend on the courier partner, destination, and other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time after dispatch is as follows:

1. Metro Cities: 3–4 days
2. North Zone: 3–4 days
3. South Zone: 4–5 days
4. Other Parts of India: 5–7 days
5. North-East India: 8–10 days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors.

5. Important Notes & Terms

• Delivery may be delayed by approximately 5–7 additional days due to government restrictions, state regulations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• If your parcel is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact us promptly via WhatsApp or voice call.
• If you have not received your parcel within 7 days of placing your order, please inform us through our official contact number or WhatsApp so that we can check the shipment status with the courier company.
• Courier Status Shows “Delivered” but Parcel Not Received: In some cases, the courier tracking system may show the shipment as “Delivered” even though the customer has not received it. Please notify us immediately via WhatsApp or voice call.
• We will investigate the matter with the courier company. Depending on the investigation results and the applicable resolution, a replacement shipment may be arranged or a refund may be initiated.
• Such investigations and resolution procedures may take approximately 15–20 days.

• शाम 4:00 बजे से पहले किए गए ऑर्डर: हम पात्र ऑर्डर उसी कार्यदिवस में डिस्पैच करने का प्रयास करते हैं।
• शाम 4:00 बजे के बाद किए गए ऑर्डर: ऐसे ऑर्डर सामान्यतः अगले कार्यदिवस में डिस्पैच किए जाते हैं।
• सार्वजनिक अवकाश, कूरियर पिकअप के समय या अन्य अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों के कारण डिस्पैच में बदलाव हो सकता है।

पार्सल डिस्पैच होने के बाद डिलीवरी का अनुमानित समय निम्नलिखित है:

5. महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी एवं नियम

• सरकारी प्रतिबंधों, राज्य के नियमों, सार्वजनिक अवकाश या हमारे नियंत्रण से बाहर की अन्य परिस्थितियों के कारण डिलीवरी में लगभग 5–7 दिनों की अतिरिक्त देरी हो सकती है।
• यदि आपका पार्सल निर्धारित समय में नहीं पहुँचता है, तो कृपया WhatsApp या वॉइस कॉल के माध्यम से हमसे जल्द संपर्क करें।
• यदि ऑर्डर करने के 7 दिनों के भीतर आपका पार्सल प्राप्त नहीं होता है, तो कृपया हमारे आधिकारिक संपर्क नंबर या WhatsApp पर इसकी जानकारी दें, ताकि हम कूरियर कंपनी से शिपमेंट की स्थिति की जाँच कर सकें।
• कूरियर स्टेटस में “Delivered” दिखने पर भी पार्सल प्राप्त न होना: कुछ मामलों में कूरियर की ट्रैकिंग में पार्सल “Delivered” दिख सकता है, जबकि ग्राहक को पार्सल प्राप्त नहीं हुआ होता है। ऐसी स्थिति में कृपया तुरंत WhatsApp या वॉइस कॉल के माध्यम से हमें सूचित करें।
• ऐसी शिकायत मिलने पर हम कूरियर कंपनी से जाँच करेंगे। जाँच के परिणाम और लागू समाधान के आधार पर दोबारा पार्सल भेजने या रिफंड की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जा सकती है।
• इस प्रकार की जाँच और समाधान की प्रक्रिया में लगभग 15–20 दिन लग सकते हैं।
